Robin found a seat and sat down, lost in thought, before opening the supply page.

【Weapons】
【Vehicles】
【Grain (Locked)】
【Metal (Locked)】

There were other locked categories, seemingly resources Robin lacked the authorization to access. Robin opened the weapons interface, and a vast array of armaments appeared before him. It included names, service years, places of origin, current locations, and more, all accessible via filter, sort, and search functions.

Robin sorted by name, and identical models of firearms were neatly displayed. Every gun he could access was marked with its location and the person currently using it. Some were marked as lost, which he could exclude using the filter. Quite a few people had signed out weapons only to report them lost later, but one individual had an unusually high number of reports, leading the system to flag him with a note: "Suspected of ulterior use."

Had these guns been embezzled? Robin checked the name of the person who had signed them out and fell silent. It was the driver from yesterday... whose head was currently sitting at the city entrance. Even if he had been a greedy man, he was gone now. Such is the duality of human nature; some may be consumed by greed, yet when it truly comes down to it, they do not hesitate.

Robin noticed an integration option, which required him to possess a faction or an army to unlock. Otherwise, displaying every individual's weapon would be enough to exhaust him just by reading the data. Regarding personnel, Robin could view general intelligence on each team member: their personality, abilities, strengths, and weaknesses.

Robin turned his attention back to the intelligence system. It had expanded! Any country, any city, any person's information could be found through filters, much like the police databases from before he had transmigrated. No, it was likely even more comprehensive than that. However, this intelligence could only be gathered by his personnel and himself; it had to be built up bit by bit.

When Robin gathered intelligence himself, the longer he was in contact with someone, the more he learned about them. Once this talent system was in place, the intelligence they gathered could also enter his database. Most impressively, only verified intelligence appeared in the system's database; false reports were filtered out automatically. Putting this intelligence system and the talent system together already made it a god-tier system.

Robin swallowed hard. He was merely a soldier right now, but if he were a head of state... the value of this system would be unimaginable.

Robin checked the map. Instantly, the locations of all his personnel were marked. Some avatars were black—individuals he lacked the authority to view. Matthew, for instance, was someone he could not monitor, and the system did not show his location. For the rest, the areas they had explored in this city, as well as other cities they had visited, were displayed as 3D photorealistic maps. However, only the areas where they were active were lit up, represented by small green dots, while other explored areas remained gray. The system specifically warned that gray areas might have changed and advised against relying on outdated maps.

Benefiting from this wealth of intelligence, Robin formed a tentative plan. Having watched so many movies and television shows, and played countless strategy games—including *Hearts of Iron IV* and *Europa Universalis*—Robin had actually processed far more information than anyone else in this world.

"Well? Do you have any ideas?" Matthew, desperate and clutching at straws, had no one else to consult.

"I have an idea," Robin said softly. "First, let's stir up these muddy waters."

Marquis de Sade's mansion.

Marquis de Sade was in a good mood. Although Robin Rommel had escaped—an apparent slap in the face—he had made up for it elsewhere. Thanks to the media, the hero had become a bear, a coward, and Grand Duke Benito had been painted as a spineless weakling. The Marquis did not care about the actual number of casualties. In the eyes of the powerful, soldiers were merely simple strings of numbers. As long as their goals were achieved, the death toll mattered little. Without such ruthlessness, one could not become a person of influence.

"Marquis, there is an extra edition."

"Oh?" The Marquis noticed the butler had specially brought him a newspaper, sensing that things were not simple. Those who served as butlers to such powerful men were shrewd individuals. The Marquis glanced at the paper, and his brow furrowed.

*Shock! Marquis de Sade allows the demons of Dros to run rampant in the city for the sake of his power struggle with Grand Duke Benito?*

The article pointed out the Drosian identity of core members of the Roland Studio, linking them to several recent incidents where Drosians had died tragically in the city. The Guard Bureau had investigated such cases before, and private detectives had been involved as well. The deceased were either talented or educated, appearing to be social elites. The investigations had always hit a dead end because these people looked like easy marks, prone to being robbed by thugs, exploited in black-market factories, or caught in honey traps. Their deaths all looked like accidents or sudden health failures. With such events occurring frequently, it had inevitably alarmed the Marquis, but the reports he received were always the same: the public order was chaotic. For this, the Marquis had given the Chief of the Guard a severe tongue-lashing and paid significant reparations to Dros.

The paper detailed how Roland Studio brought people in from Dros, used them for experiments, and then left them to fend for themselves in Anzio, all to squeeze money from the Marquis and force him to make trade concessions. The intelligence Robin provided for this was authentic; some of it had happened to him personally, and some was gathered by his personnel through their own contacts.

*The Truth You Don't Know About St. Peter's Hospital*

This report was even more interesting. It claimed that the group attacking St. Peter's Hospital last night were Drosians, aiming to kill Robin Rommel to humiliate Marquis de Sade by making it seem he couldn't even protect a patient, only to run into Grand Duke Benito's men who were rescuing him. The article did not praise the Grand Duke; it narrated the events from a purely neutral, bystander perspective.

*The City of Volscini has been infiltrated to the core; the demons of Dros have reached out to Anzio, while our elites remain oblivious, thinking only of which mistress to sleep with or which singer to fawn over at the dance hall.*

The reports were shocking! For a moment, the Marquis’s blood pressure soared.

"Drosians?" A glimmer of murderous intent appeared in the Marquis's eyes. "If this report is true, was I being played all this time? So many reparations... were they just extortion? And the trade concessions..."

"Was the shareholder of the winery that Vincent arrested also a Drosian spy? Had he already infiltrated the inner circle of a Count?"
