The vans were borrowed from Yellow Hair and Thin Luo—three vehicles in total, carrying over forty men.

Following a few months of rapid expansion, featuring four storefronts, two horse-stables, and a dedicated renovation crew, there were now upwards of eighty men relying on Wang Yaotang for their meals.

This new crew was at the absolute peak of its morale. Coupled with Wang Yaotang’s generous payouts, at his single command, well over half of them were more than willing to follow him out to hack people to pieces!

By the roadside, three figures drenched in blood on one side of their bodies were waving their arms frantically. Among them was Big-Mouth Fai, who had barely recovered from his injuries a few days prior only to be slashed up all over again.

Opening the door and climbing inside, Wang Yaotang pointed in a direction and immediately demanded, "What's the exact situation? Where are the others?"

"Brother Wei, Foolish Zeku, and Ah-Li were grabbed and dragged away. Three managed to scatter and run, and the other two know how to drive, so I told them to head back to Old Li's factory. I flagged down a ride with these two to follow," Big-Mouth Fai blurted out in a rather chaotic manner.

"How badly are Ah-Wei and the others hurt?"

"Not sure. I was pinned to the ground and saw them still able to walk. I guess, I guess they should be fine."

"How serious are their wounds?"

"Nothing major, the bleeding's stopped." Big-Mouth Fai shook his head. Over the years, he had lost count of how many such wounds he had suffered; he was already used to it.

"Hold on for a bit. We're going to get payback for you first." Wang Yaotang didn't say much more, merely patting all three on the shoulder. "If you get hurt working out on the streets, your Big Brother won't treat you unfairly."

As they spoke, the Hengyong Garment Factory came into view. Big-Mouth Fai pointed toward the rear side of the main gate. "That's the warehouse right over there."

The factory gates were shut, and a few small groups of men could be seen chatting idly inside the courtyard. Wang Yaotang said with fierce resentment, "Four-Eyes, ram them! Smash those bastards!"

Gritting his teeth, Four-Eyes slammed his foot down hard on the accelerator. With a loud roar, the van shattered the iron gates and, amidst the startled cries of the men inside, drove straight toward a group of three.

*...Bang!*

The three unlucky bastards were frightened out of their wits by the oncoming vehicle and stood frozen in place, taking the full impact and flying straight up into the air.

Four-Eyes jerked the steering wheel, the rear of the van grazing across one man's legs, and amid shrill screams, plowed directly toward another cluster of people.

Finally snapping out of their shock, the hoodlums in the courtyard scattered like frightened rabbits in all directions.

Seeing the boss's car execute such a daring ramming maneuver, the occupants of the two vans behind felt their blood boil with adrenaline. Without a second thought, they floored their accelerators and charged right in, chasing people down.

"Ram the warehouse!" Wang Yaotang hadn't forgotten the primary objective.

The windshield had already shattered into a web of cracks. Four-Eyes punched a hole through it with his knife to check his bearings, slammed his foot down on the gas once more, and crashed straight ahead.

*Boom!*

Bursting through the doors, the van rolled halfway inside before Four-Eyes slammed on the brakes, terrified of accidentally running over Ah-Wei and the others.

With sharp eyes, Ah-Jie spotted the three bound men lying on the side. He pushed open the door and was the first to leap out. "Follow me! Hack them to death!"

More than a dozen men poured out behind him, brandishing machetes as they charged forward.

Startled by the roaring sounds outside, Fat Ying had just stood up to take a look when a van smashed its way in, immediately followed by the charging Ah-Jie.

Without needing any formal introduction, Fat Ying instantly knew these were the men of Wang Yaotang from the Heshengyi.

Taking two steps back, he snatched up a machete from nearby just as Ah-Jie closed the distance.

"Fuck your mother!" Ah-Jie roared like a madman, putting his entire strength into a slash aimed straight at Fat Ying's neck.

He was going for the kill!

Fat Ying hadn't become Shark Kun's confidant merely by sucking up; he was also quite formidable with a blade. But right now, the sheer madness in Ah-Jie's eyes made his legs turn slightly weak. Drawing his neck in, he thrust his blade forward to parry. *Clang!* A sharp metallic impact rang out right by his ear.

The sheer force behind the blow and the loudness of the sound left Fat Ying's arm completely numb and his ears buzzing incessantly.

This wasn't just street fighting!

This lunatic was genuinely trying to murder him!

"Go to hell!"

"Go to hell!"

Fall back? Out of the question!

Ah-Jie roared with every stroke, putting his all into every single swing, every one of them targeted straight at the throat.

*Brother Yao said, slashing someone in the head with a machete might not kill them instantly, but the neck is a different story!*

There is a profound terror in the face of life and death.

Overwhelmed by the crushing momentum, Fat Ying's face turned pale with panic. His arms lacked strength, forcing him backward step by step under a relentless barrage of blows.

On the third strike, a numbness shot through his hand, and his machete was knocked clean out of his grip. The cold edge of the enemy's blade swept past, sending a shiver down his neck.

Having completely lost his nerve, Fat Ying spun around and bolted. But how large could a small garment factory's warehouse possibly be? In just a few paces he reached the dead end. Twisting back around, he saw Ah-Jie, eyes bulging with veins, bringing a cleaver down in a vicious chop.

"Die!"

*Squelch—*

The entire blade buried itself deep into flesh, and a fountain of fresh blood sprayed several meters into the air.

Fat Ying grabbed the blade with both hands, a look of agony contorting his features. He opened his mouth as if to say something, but all that gurgled out was a mouthful of bloody foam.

"Fuck off!" Ah-Jie delivered a brutal kick, violently wrenching the blade free.

*Squelch—*

Another arc of blood spurted forth.

Wang Yaotang had been sitting in the front passenger seat, shielding his face with his arm from the flying shards of glass when they rammed the gates. By the time he lowered his arm, Ah-Jie had already led the men charging out.

Pushing open the passenger door, he kicked a Donglian Society foot soldier to the ground, looked left and right until he spotted Ah-Wei, and was just about to step out when his waist was grabbed in a death grip.

"Brother Yao! Brother Yao, stay inside! You can't get your hands dirty with this kind of work!" Four-Eyes had made up his mind all the way here.

Brother Yao was everyone's backbone; he absolutely could not leave behind a criminal record!

"Let go of me, you bastard, I'm going to save Ah-Wei!" Wang Yaotang tried to pry the hands away with force. Whether Four-Eyes had gone completely crazy or was relying on some superhuman adrenaline, he couldn't shake him off at all.

"Ah-Ji! Ah-Ji, go save Ah-Wei!" Four-Eyes wrapped his legs tightly around Wang Yaotang as well, refusing to let him budge an inch.

"Got it!" Ah-Ji shouted back, dropping an opponent with a slash and a kick before sprinting toward Ah-Wei's location.

"Ah-Ji's gone, Ah-Ji's gone! Brother Yao, just stay in the car."

"You fucking—!" Wang Yaotang drew a deep breath and glanced around. The men from the Donglian Society had never expected him to move so fast; their forces were scattered, and caught completely off-guard by the ramming attack, they had zero morale left, running around in all directions while being hacked down.

With victory securely in hand, Wang Yaotang calmed down. "Alright, let go. How am I supposed to move like this?"

"Get back in, get back in! If we block the doorway like this, nobody can get out." Four-Eyes clutched Wang Yaotang's arm, terrified that the boss would dash out.

The van was remarkably sturdy. After crashing through two sets of doors and running over a few people, even though the front end was utterly wrecked, the engine still turned over.

Ignoring whether anyone was in the way, they simply drove right over them. Sitting in the vehicle and looking around, he saw that the people chasing and slashing the Donglian Society members in the courtyard were entirely his own men.

The enemy didn't even have their weapons on them; it was a completely one-sided slaughter.

The factory workers were scared out of their wits. The female workers huddled together in a corner, while several of the plant's managers desperately braced themselves against the workshop doors. The factory director peered through a crack in the door at the scene outside. "It's over... It's all over. The Donglian Society guys are getting chopped to pieces. So many people came, and they're so vicious... so ruthless."

"What do we do? They aren't going to come after us next, are they?"

"No, they won't, they won't." Despite his words, the director's legs were shaking like a sieve. "Hurry, move things over here! Block the damn door!"

Four-Eyes backed the van up to the main entrance. Barely a few minutes later, Ah-Ji emerged supporting Ah-Wei and the other two, flanked by a few subordinates.

Taking a closer look, all three were covered in blood, but Ah-Wei's expression remained relatively relaxed, whereas Ah-Li and Foolish Zeku looked considerably more pained.

Wang Yaotang let out a massive sigh of relief. Ah-Wei probably wasn't in mortal danger.

It wasn't that he cared any less about Ah-Li and Foolish Zeku, but naturally, human relationships had degrees of closeness.

He mentally flicked open the system interface, navigated to the mall, selected the special items category, found the Small Gold-Ointment, and clicked purchase.

"How are you holding up?" Wang Yaotang stepped down to the van door, helping the three of them board and take their seats.

"I'm fine, Brother Yao."

"Nothing serious here." Ah-Li and Foolish Zeku managed strained smiles.

Ah-Wei smiled and shook his head. "If it wasn't for Ah-Li and Foolish Zeku shielding me, I'd be done for. You wouldn't have seen me anymore, Brother Yao."

"Damn it... fucking hell." Wang Yaotang cursed, though a smile hung on his face. He fumbled around in his pocket, pulled out three small red bottles, and handed them over. "Drink it down."

"What's this?" Ah-Wei pulled out the stopper.

"Anti-inflammatory and blood-tonifying tonic. I bought it beforehand," Wang Yaotang glossed over it casually. Seeing that Ah-Li and Foolish Zeku had wounded arms and lacked the strength, he reached over to help them open theirs.

"Damn, this stuff is expensive!"

*A single bottle costs 5,000!* Wang Yaotang thought to himself—meaning 50 prestige points—and that was being conservative.

"Ah!" Ah-Li's hand gave a nervous twitch, nearly spilling the entire contents.

"Just drink it! Does your Big Brother lack the money for this?"

Foolish Zeku let out a goofy laugh, gulped his down in one go, and smacked his lips. "It's sweet. Doesn't taste bitter at all."

"Damn you!" Wang Yaotang scolded with a grin.
